Reports to: Athletic Director
General Summary: The Athletic Department Public relations and Marketing Director assists the Athletic Director on fundraising campaigns, special events, corporate partnerships, signage, and community relations.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and maintain corporate partnership packages
- Assist in the creation of banners and digital artwork
- Serve as committee chair for annual Auction & Dinner
- Coordinate Public Relations for the Athletic Department
- Create and disperse thank you cards
- Manage Tiger Locker and Athletic Department’s general apparel
- Meets with the AD weekly to collaborate on projects and give reports
Qualifications:
- Education – High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of fundraising experience
Days per Year: 180 Days
Position Type: Non-exempt
Hours: 10 hours per week
