Reports to: Athletic Director
General Summary: The Pool Open Swim Supervisor assumes responsibility for the safe operations of and daily use of the Warsaw Community Pool.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee operations of pool area by ensuring that lifeguards arrive to work in a timely manner
- Ensure all employees are compliant with WCS pool rules
- Managing basic cash transactions
- Open the pool area at 6:30p
- Close the pool area at 9:00p
- Ensuring each patron is signed in
- Ensuring all patrons are compliant with pool rules
- Assist necessary personnel in case of emergency
Qualifications
Part Time: 50 Weeks per Year
Position Type: Non-Exempt/Hourly
