Reports to: Chief Technology Officer

General Summary: The Network Administrator-Data Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting Illuminate, New World, and data movement between all major software platforms, digital curriculum providers, and databases.

Essential Functions:

• Provides direct support for New World ERP system including end user support, upgrades, data security, and modifications.
• Provides direct support including end user support, upgrades, data security, and data migration for Illuminate platform systems including: DnA, FastBridge, and EduClimber.
• Coordinates and develops data bridges between multiple software platforms.
• Generates documentation of data migration processes and leads committee to inform and expand efficiencies.
• Develops and maintains student rostering into textbooks and digital curriculum platforms including associated automatic account creation processes.
• Ensures all school corporation data is maintained securely and in accordance with all applicable international regulations.
• Verifies that all data is archived and recoverable with minimal loss.
• Executes additional projects as designed by the Chief Technology Officer.
• Completes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Work experience in a technology-related environment.
• Familiarity with data tools such as spreadsheets, databases, and file transfer protocols.
• 1-3 years of technology experience managing and supporting data or database processes.
• Preferred: Bachelors degree in a technology-related field and/or industry data certifications.

Position Type: Classified – 52 Weeks/ Year 40 Hours/Week – Hourly Non-Exempt
